How much does it cost to live at Hope Village?
Residents pay an affordable weekly or monthly fee, which covers shared living space and amenities including utilities. The exact amount will be discussed during the intake process.
Hope Village strives to offer affordable housing options and does not accept insurance or third-party billing.
What are the house rules ?
Residents must stay drug and alcohol free, follow curfew, attend weekly meetings, and be respectful to your housemates and neighbors.
Is there a curfew for residents ?
Yes. We believe curfews help establish a stable and predictable living environment, which is especially important for individuals in early recovery to build healthy habits.
Sun - Thurs 10pm curfew
Fri-Sat 11pm curfew
Late arrival requires contating house lead/manager. Stricter curfews may apply (parole, probation). Failure to return on time may results in dismissal.
We make exceptions on a case by case basis if verified work schedule conflicts wit hthe curfew hours.
Are drug tests required ?
A clean drug test is mandatory on your move in day. We'll search your belongings before entering your shared room for the safety of yourself and the other residents.
Random Testing Weekly
Drug testig and wellness checks keep the environment safe. Residents must promptly respond to testing requests; leaving the house in prohibited until complete.
Can residents have visitors ?
Pre-approved family and sponsors are allowed by appointment if they follow house rules and curfew. Visitors from probation, parole, and case workers are allowed without appointments. All visitors must sign in and out. No overnight visitors are allowed
What if I have a criminal record ?
We consider applicats regardless of criminal background, except those on the sex offender registry. Hope Meadows is not able to accommodate sex offenders at this time. Other charges may be a disqualification depeding on your circumstances. If you have questions about your specific charges, please reach out to us.
How are community meetings conducted ?
Weekly 12-Step and house lead meetings are encouraged for a positive ad supportive home. Guest speakers are regularly invited to educated on a variety of topics, all relevvant to the specific needs of your co-living community.
Relapses ?
We understand that setbacks can occur during recovery. However, for the safety and well-being of all residents, we maintain a stsrict zero-tollerance policy for active substance use on or off the property.
If a resident relapses or receives a positive drug or alcohol test, they must immediately go to detox or leave the residence.
A bed hold may be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on availability, resident history, and current house needs.
